The games now work on Twitter. To start playing, you must have a current player start a game with you. After that, you will be able to start new games. You start a game by sending a tweet to @amecy_games with the following format:

@amecy_games start chess game with @user_I_want_to_play_against

where you replace @user_I_want_to_play_against with your intended opponent. Instead of chess, you can also write 4 to play 4-in-a-row or 6 to play Connect 6.

When the game displays, you will not be able to play until you sign in. Click the link, and once the login completes, refresh the game page.

Q: How do I start a game?

A: This process will be automated one day, but for now, send an email to containing your opponent's email address, the game you wish to play, and who should go first. After you start this game, rematches can be started without our intervention.

Q: My opponent has gone a while without moving. What happens?
Q: I lost your last email. How can I continue my game?

A: New emails are sent out periodically; you should get a new one within a week.

Q: I keep getting your emails, but I just want to be left alone!

A: If you resign all your games (see the link in the email), you won't receive anything more from us.
